Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to software products sold by Andean Bear Studios GmbH. It explains when you may request a refund and how those requests are handled.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Refund requests may be handled through Paddle or initiated through us at contact@andeanbearstudios.com.
2. One-Time Purchases
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for one-time software product purchases unless a specific product page states otherwise.
3. Subscription Products
Zenden Pro is a subscription product available at $8 per month or $80 per year. You may cancel at any time via the Paddle billing portal — a link is included in every billing receipt. Cancellation stops future charges; your Pro features remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.
For refund requests on subscription charges: contact us at contact@andeanbearstudios.com within 30 days of the billing date, include your Paddle order number and the email address used at checkout. We will respond within 1–2 business days. Refunds on annual subscriptions are prorated at our discretion for the unused portion of the year.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@andeanbearstudios.com with your order number and purchase date
- Include the email address used for the purchase
- State the product name and, if you want, the reason for the request
- We will review the request and respond within 1-2 business days
5. Exceptions
- Requests made long after purchase may be declined unless required by law
- Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate refund requests may be denied
- Third-party products are subject to the policies of the relevant provider
