Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to software products sold by Andean Bear Studios GmbH. It explains when you may request a refund and how those requests are handled.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Refund requests may be handled through Paddle or initiated through us at contact@andeanbearstudios.com.

2. One-Time Purchases

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for one-time software product purchases unless a specific product page states otherwise.

3. Subscription Products

For subscription products, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility for initial purchases or renewals follows the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@andeanbearstudios.com with your order number and purchase date
  2. Include the email address used for the purchase
  3. State the product name and, if you want, the reason for the request
  4. We will review the request and respond within 1-2 business days

5. Exceptions

  • Requests made long after purchase may be declined unless required by law
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate refund requests may be denied
  • Third-party products are subject to the policies of the relevant provider
