These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and software products provided by Andean Bear Studios GmbH. By accessing our website or purchasing our software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Products and Website Use

We develop and sell proprietary software applications and tools. Licenses for these products are granted subject to the specific terms associated with each product and these Terms.

Our website provides information about our products, pricing, policies, and support channels. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

2. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

When you purchase software products from us, Paddle acts as the reseller and processes payment on our behalf. Billing, payment, and refund questions may be directed to Paddle or to us at contact@andeanbearstudios.com.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Zenden Pro is offered as a recurring subscription at the price shown at checkout ($8/month or $80/year as of June 2026). Pricing may change; we will provide at least 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect on an existing subscription.

Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) using the payment method on file with Paddle until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via the Paddle billing portal (link in your billing receipt). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Pro features through that date. We do not prorate partial months for monthly plans.

Feature access.Pro features (TURN relay and cloud async upload) are available only while a valid active subscription exists. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the app reverts to the Free tier. No data is deleted as a result of cancellation; any files transferred using Pro features remain the user's own.

TURN relay usage is subject to an allowance of 100 GB of relayed traffic per billing period; direct peer-to-peer transfers are unmetered and not subject to this limit.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requested
• Do not use our products or website for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Do not interfere with the integrity or performance of our products or website
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our software products, including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design, is the property of Andean Bear Studios GmbH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For software products you purchase, you receive a license to use the software according to the product-specific license terms provided with that product.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our products and website are provided as is and as available
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our products or website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or misuse has occurred.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
